Located near one of Canada’s most famous attractions, Falls Family Dental has been serving our community for over 30 years where our team is dedicated to providing the highest quality of oral care. Led by Drs. Ernest Philpott and Joshua Garcha, we provide an array of services to fit our patients’ needs which includes cleaning services, extractions, crowns and bridges, root canals, fillings, wisdom teeth and x-ray services.

Schedule: Part-Time

  • Mondays - 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Tuesdays - 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Wednesdays - 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Thursdays - 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Occasional Fridays (between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm) and Saturdays (8:30 am to 2:30 pm) are required

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
  • Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
  • Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
  • File insurance claims and processes patient payments


About You:

  • Prior administrative experience in a dental office required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; strong customer service orientation
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in using dental software
