Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Web Content Administrator supports developing and maintaining web content utilized by clients.
  • Provides technical leadership to less experienced staff in the same role.
  • Maintain documents, web pages, and communication on internal and external websites.
  • Designs user-centered websites that maximize user engagement.
  • Utilizes user flow construction and optimization techniques and develops prototypes of new pages.
  • Recommends new and innovative ways to present and collect information on the web.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in website design and management.
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience developing and delivering web content using Drupal 9, HTML, JavaScript, Adobe Experience Manager, AuthorWeb, Dreamweaver,Qualtrics, or similar content tools.
  • Experience developing presentations and presenting to clients.
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team-oriented setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have a public trust clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
