Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Are you technically skilled and enthusiastic about product innovations? Then use your expertise and passion to help shape our success story.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

 

 

• To learn from colleagues and search for information needed - Lead and/or assist projects using a hands-on approach
• Research best practices and labor productivity programs- Provide research, maintenance, and support for assigned departmental projects and tasks as assigned
• Support the Mechanical Engineering team with reporting and business analysis - Participate in problem solving sessions using structured approach and lean methodologies
• Performing time studies to develop standards for current and new processes - Process simulation software knowledge
• Layout design using CAD, cost-benefit analyses as needed - Investigative research

• Mechanical Engineering student preferred
• Knowledge of Windows Office Tools 
• Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
• Resourcefully innovative and adapts in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
