Utility Pressure Cleaner/Window (749)

Summary:

Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently—clean exterior surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, walls, roofs, and fences.  Apply cleaning solutions as needed for effective results. Follow safety protocols. Wash and maintain exterior windows—report on any property damage or maintenance issues.        

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Follow all safety rules, including eyeglasses, shoes, earplugs, etc.
• Revise all equipment before starting work and report immediately to your supervisor.
• Ensure all tools and equipment work properly.
• Pressure clean driveways, sidewalks, walls, roofs, fences, and windows.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum required education: a GED or equivalent.

• Experience in general cleaning and cleaning with pressure cleaners.
