YOUR ROLE 

As a Manager or Senior Manager in our Banking team focused on Transformation Management, you will lead strategic programs that shape the future of financial services. You’ll manage teams, build client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives. Your leadership, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach will be key to achieving impactful outcomes. 

In this role you will: 

• Lead complex, end-to-end transformation initiatives for banking clients, driving strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and measurable business results. 

• Shape and execute large-scale programs, including digital platform modernization, product innovation and development, and operational redesign within the banking sector. 

• Design and implement strategic plans and governance models, delivering scalable solutions that enable enterprise-wide transformation. 

• Lead cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, generate insights, and co-create tailored solutions. 

• Prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and decision-making bodies.
