  • Define success measures and track value realization for Salesforce enhancements and adoption initiatives.

Backlog Ownership & Agile Delivery

  • Own, manage, and prioritize the Salesforce enhancement backlog across business functions and regions.
  • Convert business needs into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release requirements.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning input, release readiness, user acceptance testing, and go-live preparation from the business side.

Commercial Process Governance

  • Act as the business owner for Salesforce-enabled commercial processes, including account management, contact management, lead management, opportunity management, funnel governance, forecasting, and customer engagement planning.
  • Establish decision principles for CRM design, data model changes, workflow improvements, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure Salesforce supports diagnostics business models, including capital equipment sales, reagent rental agreements, service contracts, consumables, tender-driven business, distributor channels, and multi-year customer partnerships.

Stakeholder Alignment & Governance

  • Engage commercial leadership, sales management, marketing, service, finance, IT, and regional stakeholders to align on priorities and product decisions.
  • Facilitate governance forums to review roadmap priorities, enhancement requests, change impacts, risks, and adoption performance.
  • Represent the business in steering discussions, vendor reviews, design decisions, and release approvals.
  • Provide clear communication on product direction, delivery trade-offs, timelines, and expected business outcomes.

Adoption, Data Quality & Performance Management

  • Define adoption, usability, and data quality expectations for Salesforce capabilities.
