The Work:
- Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes).
- Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands.
- Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Here's what you need:
- Experience in managing oracle database version 19C, dataguard and OEM Cloud Control 13c.
- Database experience of working in different OS platform like Unix, Linux, and Windows.
- Write custom SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripts to enhance/add Database, ETL and reporting functionalities.
- Designs, implements, and maintains complex databases with respect to JCL, access methods, access time, device allocation, validation checks, organization, protection and security, documentation, and statistical methods.
- Database performance tuning, database upgrades, and database patching to all COTS database products.
- Conducts quality control and auditing of databases in a client/server environment to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data.
- Applies knowledge and experience with database technologies, development methodologies, and programming languages (e.g., SQL). Performs database programming and supports systems design.
- Active Secret clearance requirement

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
