Global Online Content Specialist HARTMANN direct (f/m/d)

The Global Online content specialist plays a vital role in editing and optimizing digital content to enhance our online presence and reach a global audience.
Your primary responsibility is to input content aligned with brand standards, error-free, meeting SEO requirements. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in CMS platforms, and a strong understanding of digital content best practices.

 

Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                       

Content Management

  • Add content via website CMS and content migration tool to create, edit, and publish digital content on B2B and B2C websites and shop
  • Ensure content is accurately formatted, consistent with brand guidelines, and optimized for user experience

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Implement SEO related requests and content implementations within the CMS to enhance the visibility of digital content on search engines
  • Manage resolution of support tickets raised by countries for content updates and promotional activities

Quality Assurance

  • Edit and proofread digital content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines. Collaborate with content creators from different countries to refine language, improve readability, and maintain a consistent tone

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with content specialist peers, product management, marketing, and IT teams and country leads to gather and disseminate product information effectively
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on catalog changes and updates

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in digital content management
  • Passion and technical affinity for CMS-systems; ideally experience with Sitecore
  • Hands on mentality and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English, German would be beneficial
