Your teams will be responsible for advancing our mission through a set of scalable, reliable Platform capabilities. You'll also use your analytical skills to make sure we're solving the right problems, partnering with technical, design and product leaders to influence the direction and plan the steps to get there. You’ll responsible for team health, recruiting, coaching and promoting talent.

Basic Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience developing large scale distributed systems.
- 5+ years of experience managing software development teams driving large projects with complex dependencies and multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-group/cross-discipline collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members.
- Quick learner who thrives in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Spark
