Responsibilities

Program Management and Accountability:

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and BTS teams to successfully plan and deliver strategic programs for patient services in Immunology area.
  • Think and act like a strategic technology consulting partner who works alongside business in discovering, understanding and clarifying business needs and translate those needs into meaningful solutions for AbbVie.
  • Actively engage in developing technology roadmaps, evaluating solutions, building partnerships and enabling capabilities for patient services function.
  • Establishes periodic business reviews with key stakeholders, executive sponsors, and working team members to share program oversight, timeline & budget tracking, and progress updates.
