The Manager, Data Analytics will be responsible for developing and implementing an enterprise-wide data strategy, ensuring data quality, promoting data governance and making and participating in the management of our data infrastructure. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, ERP and work closely with the Chief Information Officer and other senior leaders across the organization.
They will partner with the business to inventory current state data landscape (e.g., master data, enterprise/oracle transaction data, governance, data lineage, data transformation, data issues, etc. ) and identify opportunities optimize at the current source or as part of the future state migration (Fusion, Digital Asset Management). They will work with the business units to develop a shared, cohesive vision and prioritized roadmap for enterprise data optimization. This role will be a direct report to the Senior Director, ERP, and work closely with the Collectibles Chief Information Officer and will be expected to bring deep data management/governance skills, especially in the ERP and manufacturing space, in addition to a strong customer service orientation and focus on delivering business value and outcomes.
This position will manage critical data efforts as we transform from EBS to Oracle Fusion and modernize other legacy offerings such as card factory, that support our manufacturing capabilities. The role will be focused on operational data – master data, transaction data and data hierarchies that when coupled with process optimization efforts – will facilitate improved raw data for the data analytics and insights teams. They will work closely with the operations team as well as the data analytics/insights and various engineering teams to ensure a holistic enterprise data plan and roadmap to ultimately support the delivery of exceptional customer insights and experience – most immediately understanding data capabilities, democratizing data to enable data driven decisions across all segments of the business, confirming current architectural direction, developing leading solutions and creating a close partnership with the business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- The Manager will be expected to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement – particularly with respect to master data (FCM, HCM, SCM)
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide data strategy that aligns with Fanatics Collectibles strategic goals, leveraging prior experience from similar roles
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, including data standards, quality, and privacy to serve all components of the collectibles ecosystems
- Transform current data governance and quality practices with empathy for the teams undergoing monumental change and transformation
- Work closely with others to implement data standards, frameworks and best practices for data collection, storage, integration and analysis
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, to identify data requirements and drive master/enterprise data cleanup and optimization efforts
- Conduct thorough data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
