Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 Hours per week. Shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm and 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic.

We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, Lead to:
- Serve as team lead over Patient Scheduling Coordinator staff that are responsible for advanced level scheduling of patients for surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Coordinate, assign, and guide work activities of staff
- Monitor work schedules, maintain department scheduling guidelines, and train/mentor new staff.
Education:
Minimum – High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Twelve months of experience in patient scheduling or equivalent experience working in a
medical office environment.
