As the primary liaison for our shareholders, you’ll shape communication strategy, elevate the shareholder experience, and work closely with Executive Leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals. What You’ll Do:

Shareholder Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for all shareholder communications and inquiries.
• Build strong, trusted relationships across diverse ownership groups and geographies.
• Lead proactive outreach to understand shareholder needs and gather meaningful feedback.

Communication & Reporting

• Develop and deliver clear, timely updates, reports, and announcements.
• Oversee quarterly and annual shareholder information packets and performance communications.
• Present insights and trends to the EVP and VP, providing strategic perspective.

Governance, Meetings & Events

• Lead planning and execution of shareholder meetings, including the annual meeting.
• Ensure high‑quality agendas, materials, and follow-up communications.
• Partner with legal, finance, and operations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Process & Program Leadership

• Continuously enhance shareholder experience and communication channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure shareholder perspectives support key decisions.
