Sales Consultant - Apprentice Program (Relocation Required)

The Patient Care Trainee (PCT) is a competitive, exciting 12-week Sales Apprenticeship with real patient impact, significant bonus potential, and a direct route to full-time placement as a Patient Care Consultant (PCC) upon program graduation. This position is an excellent opportunity for results-driven, sales-focused professionals who want to break into the fast-growing medical aesthetics industry.

PCTs will learn the fundamentals of selling in the aesthetics industry by gaining hands-on training through an intensive sales bootcamp that includes rotating through sales-facing business units, live patient engagements, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and real-time coaching from sales professionals.

PCTs will be given weekly evaluations starting Week 1 and will advance to selling in the field after successful completion of the first 4 weeks.  

 

LOCATION: On-Site in Bellevue, WA and Travel Throughout U.S.

SUMMARY:

PCTs will learn the fundamentals of selling in our industry by gaining hands-on training through an intensive sales bootcamp that includes rotating through sales-facing business units, live patient engagements, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and real-time coaching from sales professionals. PCTs will be given weekly evaluations starting Week 1 and will advance to selling in the field after successful completion of the first 4 weeks. Those who do not meet KPIs may be terminated from the program after Week 4, or at any point during the remaining 12 weeks. Those who make it to week 12 will conclude their journey with a panel interview before the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and the Area Business Leaders. Only the best performers will earn a regular placement on the Sono Bello sales roster.  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Learn & consult. Master Sono Bello’s business operations and sales strategies, including surgical procedures, financing options, and consultative sales approach; assessing patient goals alongside surgeons and tenured PCC mentors.
• Own follow-through. Support every step of the patient journey: consultation, pre-operation preparation, day of procedure protocols, and post-operation check-ins; using our proprietary tech stack.
• Build a pipeline. Consult, nurture, and convert leads while tracking performance against high target KPIs.
• Lead by example. Model our cultural planks: urgency, empathy, accountability, and elevate team energy in each center.  
• Provide incredible customer service with exceptional communication skills, greeting patients and answering questions in a friendly manner, proactively helping and providing accurate and timely information, making product/service recommendations and accommodating special requests.
