Reports to Security Administration Manager
The purpose of this position is to carry out daily duties within the Security Administration team and to provide support across the Aztec Group. This an entry level role and the role holder should be able to demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, whilst delivering a proactive service-focused capability to the business. Our Radnor office is conveniently located close to Routes 476, 76, Business Rt. 30, as well as being within a short walk from the SEPTA’s Radnor regional rail station.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with the organization and signing of various financial documents
- Following robust procedures and controls
- Receiving and distributing banking hardware to the business
- Adhering to security controls by delivering responsibilities within the joiner, leaver, mover and change (JLMC) process
- Ensure appropriate segregation of duties are adequately maintained across all applications and services
- Build a strong collaborative relationship with business users and gain a good understanding of the business needs that are supported
- Utilising the Group’s Service Delivery tool, Ivanti, to provide effective prioritization and resolution of Service Requests for all jurisdictions
- Using initiative for problem solving
- Carrying out other duties as required within the team
Skills, knowledge, expertise:
- Computer literary skills are essential
- Relevant experience in an IT service delivery role would be an advantage, as would experience in a financial services environment
- Ability to carry out all duties accurately and have a keen eye for detail
- Reliable and trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity
- Ability to follow documented processes accurately and efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Work well as part of an efficient team in a fast paced environment
