Administrative Assistant – Barcelona, Spain

Reporting to: EU Controller, Europe

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications.

MPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Administration staff supporting our local office activities in Barcelona. 

Essential Functions:

Responsible for Travel coordination for the region securing compliance with company policies. 

• Supports employees’ relocation and onboarding
• Creates purchase requisition supporting Admin/People 
• Supports event organization (Career Fairs, management meetings, company venues).
• Supports training programs and interview scheduling.
• Manages correspondence, digitalization and archive. 
• Supports business software rollouts.                     

• Support for ad hoc projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical/BS in Administration, HR or related field
• 1-3 years’ experience 
• Intermediate knowledge of MS office suit. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1) (Other EU language is a +)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Excellent organization skills. 
• Customer oriented and proactive approach.
