The content writer is called upon for diverse tasks including; copy and editing for video scripts, blog writing, brand pitches, collateral materials, ads, social media, and web.

Job Location: Meriden, KS; Kansas City, MO; non-remote

Required Skills:

• Able to adapt writing to brand voice
• Experience with long-form copy and one liners
• Listens intently
• Conducts research to understand client, competition, and goals for the project
• Understanding of basic grammar rules
• Understanding of how to break basic grammar rules
• Comfortable presenting work in front of clients
• Capable of defending work, willing to revise it
• Conveys big ideas in succinct messages
• Reads books
• Stays current on cultural trends
• Knows great copy is not written, it is rewritten
