Technical Training Intern - Germany

Your mission

We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as a new Technical Training Intern!
You will need to work on-site at our service center and office in Munich. 
 
Well, this role is all about diving into the exciting world of training and development in the PV and BESS industry! You will be the driving force behind ensuring our engineers team and clients are empowered. You’ll do the operation and management of our products in Competency Center, organizing impactful Training sessions, and providing top-notch support for all our training initiatives!
 
In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day-to-day job

• Assist the team with Routine operation and maintenance of Sungrow training products at our Service Competency Centre.
• Project-oriented training organizer, assisting in the development and revision of training-related policies and procedures.
• Responding to external emails and issuing training certificates.
• Coordinate with the Technical Support team to enhance and expand training materials.
• Assist the implementation and management of the EU ETS Knowledgebase.
• Actively collaborate across teams and provide necessary support as required.

Your profile

Holy moly that sounds exciting, doesn’t it? Now, we want You, to feel challenged, to be confronted with nowadays technical frontiers, myths and wonders. Therefore, your background should be like this:

• Studying in electrical engineering or a similar background.
• Or Studying in higher education business related with technical counterparts.

• Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Commercial skills, experience in communicating technical product with customers will be a plus.
• An Electrical Engineering background will be considered a plus.
• Language requirements:  English should be on C1 level, fluent Chinese would be a plus.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
