Join us!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher-difficulty entries</li> <li>Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls</li> <li>Accepts inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve</li> <li>Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team</li> <li>Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws</li> <li>Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required</li> <li>PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining&nbsp;</li> <li>Licensure: Must hold an active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and have it <strong>approved </strong>prior to start date.&nbsp;</li> <li>Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity</li> <li>Attention
