Position Overview:

As a fundraiser, you'll be on the front lines, working in teams to engage with the public and raise awareness for causes you truly care about. We specialize in direct face-to-face fundraising, believing that personalized, one-on-one engagement is the best way to inspire long-term support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise awareness of the charity's mission, goals, and financial needs.
• Solicit donations for the organization, with a focus on sustainable monthly contributions.
• Engage with the public in busy areas of the city, explaining the charity’s initiatives and recruiting new members.
• Develop strategies to inspire new or increased contributions.
• Collaborate within a team to meet fundraising targets.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Is 18 years or older.
• Possesses strong computer skills.
• Has a customer-service orientation and the ability to connect with others.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has strong evaluation and analysis skills.
