Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional service and support to our clients and customers, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of service
Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system
Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and ensure smooth service delivery
Identify areas of improvement and suggest proactive solutions
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and procedures
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a professional environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
