Job Description

About your activity

The HR Digital HR Consultant will work together with Head of People Office, Head of Automation & Tooling, HR Process Owners and SMEs and other relevant stakeholders to drive the implementation of the HR processes digitalisation roadmap.

Acts as strong HR system expert in partnership with IT, Tooling  and HR to ensure demands are answered and opportunities are identified and acted upon.

Your team

You will be joining the Automation & Tools Department, report directly to the Head of Automation & Tools and collaborate closely with every stakeholder (Head of People Office, HR Process Owners, Strategic Initiative Project Manager, Enterprise Architecture). 

Your Role

The role will drive the setup, continuously review and drive the execution of HR tooling roadmap by aligning with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient implementation as well as focus on delivering milestones according to HCM implementation program timelines.

As a Digital HR Consultant, you will drive continuous standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation & automation of HR processes (HCM and other tools) and services that increase operational efficiency, and positively impact user experience by acting as consultant for HR Process Owners and liaison between functional owners and technical experts.

Key Responsibilities 

  • HR Digitalization Roadmap Management

    • drives the definition of HR digitalisation roadmap consulting the relavant stakeholders (HR, IT, Tooling functions) and ensuring commitment on all sides
    • drives implementation according to roadmap
    • Safeguard the HR Digitalization Roadmap against alterations that deviate from the initial agreements and objectives or are not endorsed by all relevant stakeholder
  • Requirements Management

    • defines requirements according to internal standards and processes guiding HR experts to ensure precision, in collaboration with implementation consultants
    • steer the prioritisation process
  • Implementation support

    • offer support to implementation team when needed
    • constantly monitor progress and evaluate velocity of the implementation team, adjusting timelines accordingly
    • supports Process Owners and experts in change management activities by assisting them in presentations and trainings as per mutually agreed plans
  • Stakeholder Management

    • ongoing management of expectations, by communicating constrains and agreements
    • communicate the progress of the deliverables and manage expectations of the stakeholders

Building trusted relationships with key prospect stakeholders and ensuring they are connected to the digitalisation strategy and also the strategy takes into consideration business needs. Contribute to the modernisation of the internal tooling and processes, being involved in aligning to the market's best practices.

Qualifications

  • Min 4-5 years experience in working with HR systems 
  • Extensive experience in working with HR systems, including HCMs
  • Data management, data integration and data migration experience
  • Implementation projects experience
  • Highly skilled in process mapping 
  • Hight level of autonomy and indepe
