Senior Product Specialist

Cherre is hiring a Senior Product Specialist to support domain knowledge sharing and excellence across the organization. This role requires experience across the real estate industry and the data/systems that power it. This role requires knowledge of the personas who invest in and manage real estate assets so that Cherre can best support new clients and users onboarding to the platform. Not only will this role support the product and engineering teams who are operating the Cherre platform, but also the client services and solutions architects responsible for onboarding and training those clients.

You will

• Act as a domain expert who can float across teams and departments to provide support in pre-sale and post-sale activities
• Ask detailed questions about client real estate systems and processes for handling data within those systems in order to develop scope for onboarding activities
• Partner with the product and engineering teams to build data models and reports on top of client and third party data during the onboarding process
• Spread your knowledge across the organization through training sessions, documentation, and office hours so that the overall domain knowledge level increases across Cherre
• Test and verify client data as it goes through the Cherre platform and give feedback to clients on errors and issues

You must

• Have strong knowledge of real estate ERP, deal, leasing, debt and other systems like Yardi, MRI, Chatham, VTS, Argus, RealPage, and Anaplan
• Be able to generate ERDs for normalized data models
• Write SQL code that allows you to troubleshoot data issues and build data models on top of data from real estate systems
• Have the ability to understand the "why" in client requirements during scoping sessions
• Have the ability to translate the language of RE professionals to the engineering teams
