Overview:

Sentara Health is now looking for a Supervisor- IT systems to join our team!

A Team Coordinator supervises professionals in a working group. Responsibilities typically include: • Ability to coordinate and manage projects and other team activities. • Able to work with managers and directors to resolve conflict and issues as they arise. • Able to assign tasks and prioritize work for members of the team. • Carries out assignments provided by managers and directors. • Problems faced are of minor to moderately complex. • Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures. 

Education

• Bachelor's Degree required (or)

• Bachelor's Degree +5 years relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Certification/Licensure

• No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with enrollment systems and EDI 834 files

• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in technical writing and documentation

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role within IT preferred
