The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) organization is responsible for oversight of all areas of organizational effectiveness and administration for Citi’s Chief Operating Office. One of the CAO organization’s remit includes leading Risk & Controls for the COO function, proactively monitoring and identifying risks and establishing and maintaining robust controls. This role will be part of the COO – CAO organization in Operations Controls. Operations Controls focuses on control simplification and automation, risk identification and mitigation, and drives robust governance routines in support of the Operations’ businesses. The Business Associate role requires extensive liaison with the product and support functions at all levels, including the Chief Administration Office, Finance, Operations and Technology, Risk & Controls and other functions both in the region and globally.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across COO, CAO, Operations Controls and other functions to help execute the day-to-day operations of the CAO’s Office
- Support business management activities for the CAO’s Office. For example, budget & headcount analytics, executive reporting, communications, and people related initiatives.
- Capture follow-ups arising from operating routines and assist in driving them to completion
- Assist leadership/Chief of Staff in promoting and executing communications program
- Support development of clear and concise presentations and materials, including talking points for various forums
- Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team
- Participate in People Engagement Working Group and promote Voice of the Employee (VOE) communications
- Maintain a high level of integrity when working with confidential information.
- Proactively support the team in the form of ad hoc projects
- Multi-task productively and reliably, while managing conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of computer literacy especially in the Microsoft Office product suite, work proficiently in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years experience
- Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
- Ability to prioritise is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
- Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive
- Desire to improve processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
- Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
- Team player and relationship management skills
- Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
