The position will be reported to the Financial Manager of the Finance department of Skouries project.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>·        Support Finance Manager and Business Controller in financial analysis, reporting, planning, month-end close, treasury, and modeling.</p><p>·        Assist with capital management: AFEs, budgeting, planning, reporting, contract amendments, capitalization, and project monitoring.</p><p>·        Monitor and control costs, track PRs/POs, ensure proper classification, and recommend cost-saving measures.</p><p>·        Track KPIs, analyze variances, and prepare performance reports for management.</p><p>·        Support budgeting and variance analysis; investigate deviations and provide recommendations.</p><p>·        Provide financial insights to support business decisions, evaluate investments, and conduct cost-benefit analysis.</p><p>·        Collaborate with departments as a trusted business partner; support cross-functional projects.</p><p>·        Contribute to financial system/process improvements; support SAP S/4HANA queries.</p><p>·        Ensure SOX compliance, accounting governance, and assist with audits.</p><p>·        Conduct financial analysis and reporting; identify areas for cost improvement.</p><p>·        Review inventory, support stock takes and manage obsolete stock write-offs.</p><p>·        Support SAP HANA migration and participate in related project workstreams.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>·        University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Financial Information Systems</p><p>·        Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (desirable)</p><p>·        Minimum 3 years as a Financial Analyst, Cost Controller, Business Analyst, or similar role</p><p>·        Excellent English language skills</p><p>·        Experience with MS Office &amp; ERP programs (SAP preferred)</p><p>·        Advanced Excel skills</p><p>·        Good understanding of finance processes and BI software</p><p>·        Understand the broader business and mining industry, including Skouries mine and strategic goals</p><p>·        Strong ability to interpret financial data and support informed decision-making</p><p>·        Ability to analyze and present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders</p><p>·        Driving license.</p><p></p><p>Our company offers a competitive remuneration package that includes an attractive combination of basic salary and benefits, as well as opportunities for development in a challenging work environment.</p><p>Inclusion and Diversity</p><p>Hellas Gold is an equal opportunities employer.
