Your Impact:
Will be responsible for site recruitment efforts, supporting the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing, writing and placing job advertisements; screening applicants, conducting background checks and extending offers.
Will support the administration of the company’s benefits program. This includes supporting Open Enrollment, COBRA, reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy, and handle day to day inquiries.
Interpret human resources policies, and provide advice on human resources processes, procedures, and issues. Resolve issues as appropriate and consult with and make recommendations to Director to resolve more complex issues.
Prepares and/or distributes written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits programs such as insurance plans, pension plans, paid time off, bonus pay, and special employer sponsored activities.
Explain applicable workers’ compensation, disability, leave policies and procedures. Manage appropriate documentation and generate related correspondence. May update reports to track leaves and maintain HRIS records.
Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews and evaluations, and termination dates and reason. Prepares reports, as necessary.
Ensures that the site complies with federal and state laws. Maintains, communicates and/or implements all updated or new state, federal or company regulations.
Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
Manage onboarding and exit processes.
Develop and maintain a variety of reports and queries. Analyze and monitor data to recommend and implement process and practice improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
Here’s How You’ll Stand Out:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
1 - 3 years HR experience, preferably in professional services environment.
Demonstrated experience applying and interpreting human resources policies and procedures.
Proven ability to handle confidential information, personal integrity, excellent judgement and high ethical standards.
Demonstrated personal responsibility and process ownership that drives high-quality results.
Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with a bias to simplify complicated processes and a drive to bring items to an impactful resolution

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Demonstrated skills in human resource management systems, such as PeopleSoft and time/leave systems, is a plus.
