Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation.
• Review and analyze project documentation to ensure compliance and support transaction success.
• Collaborate with global teams to advise clients on project finance matters.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Project Finance.
• Strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing documentation.
• Experience in reviewing project documentation.
