You’ll be a trusted adviser across the Alloy organization, working closely with sales, partnerships, engineering, product, security, compliance, and others. An ideal candidate will have substantial experience drafting commercial agreements and navigating complex transactions, as well as the ability to advise product and engineering teams on Alloy’s ever-evolving suite of offerings.&nbsp;</p> <p>Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Drafting and negotiating commercial
