What you’ll bring

We are seeking a seasoned engineer who thrives on innovation and leading-edge solutions. As a consultant, you will collaborate with diverse technologies to meet client needs, focusing on:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy custom software applications to meet Industry 4.0 standards.
• Advise large manufacturing clients on Industry 4.0 modernization efforts.
• Assess and optimize manufacturing operational technology systems.
• Collaborate across engineering, IT, and production teams to design, deploy, and maintain operational technology solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to manufacturing operations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance competitiveness.
• Deliver training programs to educate manufacturing personnel on operational technology systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a focus on operational technology systems.
• Deep knowledge of automation systems, SCADA, PLCs, MES, and related solutions.
• Proficiency in Rockwell ControlLogix/CompactLogix/MicroLogix, Ignition SCADA, FactoryTalk View, and Wonderware InTouch.
• Strong skills in networking components such as Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, or DeviceNet.
• Experience in automation system design, programming, testing, and startup assistance.
• Ability to lead operational technology projects from conception to implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Occasional travel may be required.
