About the role

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, public health, economics, policy, or healthcare administration) preferred.
  • 2–5 years of relevant healthcare-industry experience in strategy, market research, consulting, healthcare, or product marketing
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interest in the healthcare industry and motivation to build deep subject matter expertise
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in or with a healthcare consulting/advisory firm, large health system, or healthcare SaaS company
  • Familiarity with tools like Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and basic research platforms
  • Exposure to any of the following is a plus: healthcare business models, healthcare regulations and policy, EMR systems, early-stage product strategy
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven team

  • Support research on healthcare market trends, regulatory dynamics, and innovation areas

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $63,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
