The Senior Administrative Assistant, Aesthetics provides a wide range of administrative and project management support to the General Manager of US Aesthetics Business and senior leadership team for the Aesthetics Business Unit. This position is accountable for achieving objectives and completing tasks in a timely and effective manner, maintaining a professional working environment and demeanor, and demonstrating high integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and accountability, while serving as a liaison for the department with other functional areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior administrative support to GM, providing support, insights and coordination during team meetings, leadership forums and industry conferences.
- Autonomously and professionally carries out administrative tasks and coordinates daily office functions in response to the operational requirements of the business and in support of the office of the GM Aesthetics.
- Partners with GM to create framework for Aesthetics leadership meetings, managing agendas, structuring cadence of these meetings and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Drives the coordination and preparation of reports, presentations, and other communications. Liaises with leadership and management team members and managers to request and assemble information. Assists in formatting and proof reading of business documents, internal and external reports.
- Provides internal meeting support such as planning, notes, follow-ups, set-ups, and scheduling. Coordinates conference calls, maintains and revises the department calendars/agendas as needed.
