Job Description

A fintech client of our's is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (contract,  hyrbrid position) to join their Talent Acquisition team in New York City. 

This is a six-month contract position and is hybrid. It has the potentiality for extension or turn into full time. You must be able to come on-site to the client three days a week in NYC. The comp is $70 to $80 an hr.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for an assigned set of technical positions.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with hiring managers,

• Develop recruitment plans with hiring managers and their respective hiring teams.

• Conduct initial candidate reviews (resumes, LI profiles, etc.) and screen candidates based on prequalification criteria. Make recommendations to hiring managers on best way forward.

• Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience at every touchpoint

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle rtechnical ecruiter

• Ability to come on-site in NYC three days a week

• Previous experience working at a fin-tech company strongly preffered. 

• Proven success leveraging direct sourcing techniques (online tools & platforms, networking, etc.)

• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers.

• Ability to use talent market insights and data to influence hiring decisions and strategies (LinkedIn Talent Insights, or other sources)
