Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Industrial Apprentice Painters for projects located in and around the Milwaukee, WI area. This is a full time opportunity with a pay rate of $18-23/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, & applying primer as necessary
• Operate spray funs to apply two-part polyurethane paint to products to ensure even coverage & high-quality finishes
• Adjust spray gun settings & pressure levels according to product specifications
• Perform touch-ups & repairs as needed to ensure product quality
• Monitor paint levels & equipment functionality
• Report any issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean & organized work area including proper storage of paint & equipment
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ Years of Experience with two-part polyurethane spray gun painting up to 65 PSI
• Experience with Automotive Painting 25 psi to 45 psi is a Plus
• Ability to measure, compare, & perform shop calculations to meet customer specification
• Manufacturing Experience Preferred
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Background Check 
• Drug Screen
• Paint Testing 
• Ability to work OT as needed 
• Strong troubleshooting & Problem Solving Skills 
• Detail Oriented
