True Rx Health Strategists is looking for a dynamic Senior Communications Specialist to support both internal and external communications efforts. This role will be essential in enhancing our brand presence and executing effective communication strategies across multiple channels. The Senior Communications Specialist will be responsible for crafting and executing communication plans, writing and editing content, supporting public relations initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver key messages. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive business outcomes through communications. 

The Senior Communications Specialist will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that elevate the Health Strategists brand, align internal teams, and expand our reach. The role will require close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, engaging messages that resonate with target audiences and effectively showcase our brand story. This position will focus on both internal and external communications to ensure alignment with business objectives. 

100% Remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

 What You'll Do:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for a variety of platforms, including email, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, website, social media, blogs, and other marketing materials. 

• Internal Communications: Lead efforts to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging across internal channels. Collaborate with executive and cross-functional leadership to communicate company updates, initiatives, and brand messaging to our Health Strategists. 

• Public Relations and Pitching: Pitch presentation ideas to conferences, events, and podcasts. Identify and secure media opportunities that showcase True Rx Health Strategists and highlight our market differentiation.   

• Brand Strategy Alignment: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all communications align with the company’s brand strategy, reinforcing and maintaining brand positioning through both internal and external messaging. 

• Campaign + Webinar Management: Collaborate on planning and executing communication campaigns and webinars that raise awareness of key initiatives, products, and brand differentiators. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize impact. 

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns and initiatives. 

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences and platforms. 

• Proven experience in internal communications, particularly in aligning messaging with company goals and culture. 

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, with the ability to craft and apply strategic messaging across various communication channels. 

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 

• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively among a small team and across departments. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and compellingly. 

• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Health care industry experience is a plus, but not required.
