We work with classroom teachers, school leaders and district executives to ensure engaging, affirming and meaningful grade-level instruction, so that we eliminate the predictability of student outcomes by race and socioeconomic status. We focus on the needs of students of color and those who have historically been at the margins because when we do that, all students benefit.

This position will report to the Business Development Manager, CORE Learning, Digital Division

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary sales operations liaison between CORE Learning, Digital Division  and third-party contracted sales representatives, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee and mediate issues or challenges that may arise between the entities, working towards mutually beneficial resolutions.
  • Participate in customer facing meetings to support the sales cycle for OL&LA and achieve the revenue target
  • Possess knowledge of multiple technology platforms and be able to adapt and integrate software tools for improved productivity and streamlined processes.
  • Maintain a robust communication system with third-party sales representatives and CORE Learning, Digital Division and CORE Learning to track the progression of all sales quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate and current records within Salesforce, ensuring all sales-related activities are meticulously tracked and documented and report this data as needed. 
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to strategize the successful execution of larger district-wide sales opportunities.
  • Possess knowledge of the Science of Reading and of multilingual learners to effectively understand and address the diverse needs of educational institutions.
  • Utilize expertise in pedagogy, structured literacy, and language acquisition to align solutions effectively with the needs of multilingual learners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience as an educator or administrator in K-12 school districts.
  • 3 or more years of successful experience in curriculum or educational technology sales.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce with a deep understanding of its functionalities and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to strategize and manage complex sales processes for larger district-wide opportunities.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems and customer management systems technology platforms

UnboundEd offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience and education and a generous benefits package that includes take-as-you-need vacation time, group medical, dental and vision plans, disability and life insurance plans, and an employer-sponsored 401K retirement plan with a 5% employer contribution and no vesting period or salary cap. This is an exempt full-time position with additional bonus earning potential.  A compensation offer is based on relevant years of experience in relation to the position.
