We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
The RN will provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and managing wound care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement care plans
- Participate in performance improvement activities and quality assurance programs
- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure quality and continuity of care
Requirements:
- Active California RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of patient care, clinical skills, and medical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
You'll provide direct, compassionate care to our residents by ensuring their care plans are carried out appropriately. You'll supervise our nursing assistants to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
