 This role is within our Residency Offering, which is a solution that provides strategic technical resources to our customers on a contractual basis.

 

  • Mon- Fri 9-6 EST
  • 18 month contract 
  • 10K-12K monthly pay out
  • US Citizenship required for government and federal clients

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer with expertise in cloud and identity management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have recognized security industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or Security+, and possess a strong understanding of Azure identity and device management, as well as Active Directory Domain Services.
  • Demonstrate a 300-400 level understanding of Azure identity and device management, including Entra ID user and group management, Conditional Access Policies, Intune deployment and policy management, and Azure Bastion.
  • Implement and manage Azure secure networking concepts to ensure a robust security posture.
  • Utilize a 300-400 level understanding of Active Directory Domain Services, including Group Policy, Security policy, User rights assignment, and Modern authentication.
  • Implement best practices for securing Privileged Access, including SPA model/tiering.
  • Maintain a 200-300 level understanding of Windows Firewall, including IPSEC management and auditing.
  • Manage Windows LAPS, including installation, maintenance, and auditing processes.

 

What you need to succeed

 

  • Recognized security industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or Security+ are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Azure identity and device management.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory Domain Services and Windows Firewall management.
  • Experience with Windows LAPS installation and maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
