Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Integration Specialist to join our Enterprise Systems team. The Integration Specialist will develop and implement solutions across Workday and Boomi platforms. This role combines guided problem-solving and innovation with collaborative teamwork to deliver scalable and robust integration solutions.
What You'll Do:
SaaS & IPaaS Integrations:
Develop integrations between Workday, SaaS applications, and other systems using Workday integration tools such as core connections, EIBs, XSLT 2.0/3.0, BIRT, Workday Studio and Boomi integration tools such as Processes, Sub Processes, Components, Profiles, Connector Calls, Caching, Data Processes, Document and Process Properties, Business Rules, Flow Control, Try/Catch flows, and Custom Scripting (Groovy/JavaScript).
API Integrations: Implement integrations supporting connectivity to SOAP, REST and GraphQL endpoints for seamless integration.
Data Transformation and Manipulation: Create and maintain XSLT transformations, produce data mapping within Boomi, and general data conversion between systems.
Reusable Code Strategies: Build reusable components to improve efficiency and reduce technical debt.
Coding Standards & Error Handling: Follow best coding practices and implement error handling mechanisms within integrations.
Integration Testing: Execute integration test plans covering unit, functional, regression and end-to-end scenarios.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards and integration best practices.
Collaboration & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions.
Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration solutions, including design documents, technical diagrams, data mappings, and system interfaces.
Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
1+ years of experience in integration implementation and maintenance.
Strong analytical skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to solution development.
Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to work independently with minimal oversight or in a collaborative tea
