We're the leaders in voice technology with our cutting-edge research and products that enable our customers to generate content at scale. We have deployed a platform for creators & publishers to turn their long text into audio with compelling and natural voices. Currently, we are expanding the capabilities of the platform to incorporate comprehensive generative voice control. This entails developing tools to convert videos and podcasts into speech, supporting multiple languages, while maintaining the unique characteristics of the speaker's voice, providing emotional control, and even creating entirely new character voices. ElevenLabs was founded by two experienced engineers who previously worked at Google and Palantir, bringing their expertise from the world of big tech into new frontier. About the role

We are looking for someone to own all financial matters of ElevenLabs. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy doing the following: 

• Financial strategy and planning: Developing and maintaining accurate forecasting, projections of finance as well as updating the valuation of the company

• Budgeting and Analysis: Setting up the right financial tools, mechanisms, and frameworks for continuous and scalable insights to current finances

• Financial reporting: Oversee all financial accounts as well as invoice reconciliation, expense tracking, payroll reconciliation, PnL etc. as well as tax matters

What you bring

We do not require any formal certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking enthusiastic people who can showcase solving impressively hard problems with artifacts in their past. We do require:

• Financial Expertise: A proven track record in managing financial functions such as tax planning, revenue optimization, and financial forecasting.

• Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to ensure tax compliance, and improve financial performance.

• Strong proven ownership: A proven ability to set up required systems from scratch and scaling them to high revenue including potential negotiations.

• A base salary between $100k-$150k; depending on qualification and experience.
