Copper River Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Data Analyst (DA) to provide technical support in the development and updating of the FFD Performance Management Program and a Performance Dashboard. The Performance Dashboard will include service performance, financial performance, process performance, and personnel/contract performance. The Performance Management Program is a key element to supporting this client in our Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) portfolio. This role supports the service delivery of Continuous Process Improvement, Business Process Reengineering, and Organizational Efficiencies (CPI-BPR) Services.
This position reports to the Program Manager and is located in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Assist with the collection of metrics from the process/service/system owners. This includes activities such as running reports, and data filtering/performing analysis on the report.
- Ensure the Performance Dashboard is updated at a minimum monthly
- Continually drive automation in the data collection and reporting with a goal of achieving as near real time status as possible.
- Develop, review, and refine business process maps for all applicable Performance Management functions in order to identify inefficiencies, integration points with respective directorates, and external stakeholders.
- Service Level Performance Management - Quality, Cost, and Schedule: Service level performance management begins with the ability of FFD to see itself by creating a baseline for FFD service schedules, costs, and delivery of quality services to its clients/customers.
- Provide data analysis FFD’s capability to establish, deliver and manage service level agreements based on cost, schedule, and quality of service.
- The objective is to advance FSD/FFD capabilities to anticipate and manage material and labor costs consistent with demand, budget, and quality standards.
- Support the clients understanding of service level performance and identify opportunities for improvement within the context of delivering quality services, on time, at best value.
- Provide support with data visualization and the recognition of performance/data-based decision making.
- Develop recommendations to support performance metric changes and ensure the clients is using the right metrics to add value to their customer’s experience.

- Bachelor or Master degree
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience specifically working in a high-level organization; like a flag office level headquarters in the military services or in a civilian agency.
- Lean Six Sigma and Data Visualization experience are preferred.
