Position Overview

The Division of Rehabilitation Services the state’s lead division serving people with disabilities committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility and racial justice. The mission of the Division is to assist individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals of employment, education, and independent living. This position coordinates the day-to-day workflow to and from the Staff Development and Support Services unit while working closely with the administrative assistant regarding employee training and scheduling needs. The incumbent will maintain schedules for the administrator, make travel arrangements and prepare required paperwork for administrator and unit staff. The Division is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and outgoing individual to provide administrative secretarial and office support duties for the Administrator.

Essential Functions

  • Provides administrative secretarial and office support duties for the Administrator for Staff Development and Support Services Unit within the Division of Rehabilitation Services.
  • Works with the Administrative Assistant to schedule virtual and in person trainings.
  • Maintains schedule for administrator.
  • Maintains files, resources, and inventory for the training unit.
