About the role

Job Description Summary

This role is a part of the Separation Management Office supporting the transition from GE Aviation to GE Aerospace. The Leader, Total Rewards Products oversees all Compensation and Benefits products during the transition to include end to end lifecycle roadmap management, transition and/or sunset. You will identify trends and/or improvements and leverage expertise to lead collaboration across operations teams. You will lead strategy and influence leadership in the development of innovative multi-generational products/services while ensuring alignment to GE Aerospace needs, optimal employee experience and customer value. This includes driving and/or coordinating lean continuous improvement initiatives globally as necessary.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversees development of agile, contemporary, world class quality Total Rewards system platforms with the Total Rewards Product Line including oversight for end-to-end product lifecycle and customer value. 
  • Designs an overall product line strategy balancing customer satisfaction, cost, business requirements, local law/regulations and delivery model decisions across the product lines. 
  • Partners with Business Leaders and other stakeholders to ensure Wing-to-wing integrated experiences and outcomes. 
  • Oversees product line alignment to policy and product needs. 
  • Oversees market leading, positive employee experience products with a sustainable competitive advantage. 
  • Responsible for delivery of product line performance metrics for new or improved product/process aligning with customer requirements, increased productivity and compliance.  Support metrics reviews. 
  • Drives lean methodology to delivery optimal customer value and employee experience. 
  • Leads across a highly matrix organization (regions, businesses, technology, practice leaders and sourcing) to ensure collaboration and teamwork in delivering a quality product to our customers.  Ensure the rationale for decisions broadly understood globally. 
  • Partners closely with Digital Technology team in support of all tools to execute change beginning in initial design through testing and to deployment. 
  • Partner closely with regional teams to create and execute test cases to support change. 
  • Evaluate all change for impact to all content assets (Tier 0, Training, and Global Standard Operating Procedures), makes appropriate updates, and works with Channel Strategy team to ensure on-time delivery. 
  • Manages a team of product line analysts. 


Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 9 years of relevant work experience). 
  • Minimum 5 years prior professional work experience (can include internships) with demonstrated knowledge of Compensation and Benefit technology products and platforms

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
