Position Overview

This position will optimize revenue growth as part of our Strategic Partner Team. Primary responsibilities are to expand Payroc’s Financial Institution network driving and delivering on revenue and growth objectives. This position will recruit, enable, develop, maintain, and expand relationships with Financial Institutions.  Working closely with senior management, this position is accountable for building relationships at the Partner level with core responsibilities focused on partner recruitment, enablement, sales and support objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and recruit new Financial Institution
  • Participate in the creation of marketing & business development plans for key verticals
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
  • Define and add value to each Financial Institution throughout the country while working closely with the management, sales, and technical teams to drive awareness, opportunities, and product adoption
  • Will work with senior management to coordinate the involvement of Company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives for new and assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively lead joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to maximize corporate presence and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or commensurate industry experience
  • 10 plus years of Financial Institution sales, account management, or customer service experience
  • Competent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Strong command of interpersonal interaction, including excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to think creatively and opportunistically
  • Experienced in negotiation and mediation
  • Understands long term strategic concepts and downstream impact to business decisions
  • Ability to adapt to ongoing structural changes occurring with a small/mid-sized company
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
  • Travel requirement varies depending on portfolio and business needs

Working Conditions

  • Extensive desk-based work involving prolonged periods using a computer and sitting for extended periods
  • Frequent interaction with team members, management, agents, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and external partners to facilitate smooth operations and collaborations
