Primary Purpose: 

The Busser is responsible for clearing tables of dirty dishes and wiping down tables. Responsible for setting up tables for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. The Busser maintains a clean and organized area with clean china, silver, glassware, utensils and linens. Also responsible for maintaining the ice bin and restocking.

Work Performed: 

The Associate- Three Meal will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: 

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting;   

• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments; 

• Inspect dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness;  

• Assist service staff as necessary to service guests in a timely manner; 

• Serve guests with beverages, bread and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.

• Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.

• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; and 

• Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. 

Preferred Prior Experience: 

Six months of previous customer service, restaurant and/or busser experience  

 

Preferred Education: 

High school diploma or equivalent  

Required Licenses/ Certification: 

Food Safety Training certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment.    

Alcohol Awareness certified or become certified within first 60 days of employment
