Manager of Delivery Operations

The Manager of Delivery Operations is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Agile Delivery Management team. This position oversees the implementation and optimization of Agile methodologies and ensures that teams are effectively utilizing Agile principles to deliver projects efficiently, adapt to change, and continuously improve processes. 

We’re excited to hire a new Manager of Delivery Operations who can:  

• Lead and manage Agile Delivery Management team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals using agile methodologies.  
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes based on feedback, lessons learned, and industry best practices to drive operational excellence and meet organizational objectives.  
• Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.   
• Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities.  
• Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.  
• Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise within teams, working to resolve conflicts and promote a positive team dynamic.  
• Collaborate with other department and company leaders to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts.  

There is no perfect candidate, but we are looking for: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, delivery, or a related field.   
• 5+ years of experience managing projects using agile methodologies.    
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).  
• Experience in project management software such as TargetProcess or Jira.  
• Scrum Master and/or Project Management certifications a plus.  
• Experience leading a team in a remote environment.  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.    
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences on topics such as technical concepts or highly sensitive matters.  
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of cooperation and mutual support.  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.    
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Estimated Salary Range: $119,100 - $181,000 – Full grade range annually. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
