About the Role:  

Are you an experienced Change Management Professional seeking an opportunity to apply your expertise in a world-leading clinical operations function?  

 

The Biopharmaceuticals Clinical Operations Transformation Management Office (TMO) is a global department within AstraZeneca R&D. We are a collaborative and inclusive community where curious and passionate individuals are committed to enabling the discovery of new medicines. 

 

The TMO is currently seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to lead Change Management on transformation programmes and projects.  

You will join the TMO leadership team with peers leading on transformation, change, communications and process improvement 

As the Director of Change Management, you will be joined by a team of change management professionals focused on the delivery of global reaching change and transformation programmes.  

You will be responsible for providing change management leadership and support on one or more change programme; to successfully prepare, manage and sustain change through application of change strategies, tools and best practise experience.  

The role will provide the opportunity to partner with transformation, communications, training and process improvement colleague focused on the same transformation outcomes across the TMO.  

Essential criteria 

  • Degree in business related field or scientific field 

  • Significant experience in managing and leading large and complex change transformation programmes and projects  

  • Consistent record of preparing, managing and sustaining change in a business setting 

 

  • Experience of strong partnership and coaching skills with senior executive leaders Experience of partnering with communications and training leads to deliver successful transformation   

  • Strong influencing, networking, and team working skills 

  • A proven track record of delivering tasks in a timely manner 

  • Experience in stakeholder management across complex organisations/and or global settings
