Establishing Vinyl production manufacturing, packaging and distribution in North America and then in Europe & Australia. Vinyl volume is expected to grow significantly over the next 5 years as we expand market share;
Further expanding Non-Disc Supply-Chain & fulfillment;
Expanding the manufacturing business including Microfluidics;
Enhancing transportation freight brokerage in North America; and
Launching new product lines and expanding manufacturing and fulfillment capabilities

Job Description

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization, including proactive sourcing methods, recruitment advertising, and employer branding initiatives.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Develop inclusive and engaging job postings and utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture fit.
- Lead and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, facilitating candidate evaluations, and providing feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the on-boarding stage, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at every touchpoint.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and retention, and proactively recommend improvements or adjustments to recruitment processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline and build a strong employer brand.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement retention strategies, including employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retention efforts.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment and retention performance, identify areas for optimization, and report on key talent acquisition and retention metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting top talent.
