Quality Assurance Manager Position:

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the QA Department. You will be responsible for maintaining proper sales and marketing compliance procedures across these departments while ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with company standards.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Staff Management: Train, motivate, and monitor the Quality Assurance team to maintain high performance.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with Sales and M
