THE JOB:

Take your career to the next level at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas! As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of the action—leading the floor, ensuring flawless gameplay, delivering unforgettable guest experiences, and being part of a team that sets the gold standard in luxury and entertainment.

STARTING RATE: $37.71/hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Ensure each game is dealt with a high level of proficiency, while providing superior customer service to guests.

• Monitor guest activity and inform management when adjustments to open table games are necessary.

• Accurately and objectively assess and rate players in accordance with departmental policies.

• Maintain appropriate bankroll levels to accommodate current or anticipated gameplay.

• Reconcile table accounting accurately, maintain integrity, and manage all cards, dice, and gaming equipment.

• Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure adherence to all procedures.

• Immediately notify the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager of any unusual high-limit play or suspected equipment damage/tampering.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 21+ years old.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in casino operations or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Experience as a Table Games Floor Supervisor or Dual Rate Supervisor is preferred.

• Proficiency in multiple table games, including roulette, baccarat, craps, and blackjack.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
